Intermediate English courses in Halifax

The English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program is for students who want to attend university in Canada. The courses will develop students’ all-round English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

This course is designed for those that want to study English for a short time in a native-speaking environment and are not interested in attending an English-speaking university. The course will focus on learning English in an integrated skills class in your morning classes.

This 8-week course is designed to help students prepare for study at a university/college where courses are taught in English. Students will develop and strengthen language skills in reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary.

Afternoon 20 consists of elective lessons only and range from topics including English for business, confident speaking, exam skills, customer service, IELTS preparation, or another specialised topic.
