On the first day of the course, students are tested and organised into classes with participants of a similar language level. Lessons focus on improving students’ key skills in speaking and listening, and improving grammar and vocabulary knowledge too. There is also another test at the end of the course, a full report on the students language ability and a certificate. The report uses the Common European Frame work of Reference (CEFR) descriptors which are widely recognised as the benchmark of language ability.
