Junior English courses in Queensland

The English for Young Learners course incorporates English for Primary School Preparation and is designed for students from the ages of 6 to 12. It consists of 20 weekly hours of core face-to-face English classes.

The English for High School preparation course offered at AICOL is for young students wishing to improve their English to an acceptable level for Australian secondary school admission. AICOL is an approved English Pathway Provider college for Queensland State Government High schools, and is also a preferred English pathway school for several Gold Coast private high schools.

Lexis Teen Activity Programs offer you the chance to build your English skills, make friends from all over the world and enjoy a life-changing summer vacation in one of the world’s most thrilling beachside locations. Mornings consist of English classes with a great international mix of students of a similar age group.

NUMBER OF LESSONS: 17 hours per week 9:00 am - 12:15 pm GENERAL ENGLISH CONTENT: Our Juniors English language curriculum reflects current, real-world issues, recent events, social and environmental issues, popular culture, and events so that the content is relatable and interesting for teens.

The Academic Summer Program (ASP) is for any students between the ages of 13-17 that are looking for an intensive English program within a high-school context that will help prepare students who wish to study further in English speaking countries. Subjects include: English for communicating with peers, English literature, English for Maths and English for Science.
