Course description

Our Tuition Only programme is for Young Learners aged 13-19. This course includes lessons only Monday to Friday, with afternoons and weekends free.

Students up to the age of 15 take 20 lessons (15 hours) per week of a young learner General English course, which is based round our specially developed LAL course book 'Round the World', while students 16 and older join our adult General English classes at the appropriate level.

Registration fees and course materials are included. Minimum length of stay is 1 week.

Our Sea Point Student Residence is about 17 minutes' walk from our school, and offers dormitories, twin and single rooms, with the option of ensuite bathrooms, along with a garden and barbeque area, swimming pool, communal kitchen and dining area.

Our more upmarket Milton Road Student House is located right next door to the school, and offers single and twin accommodation in a more intimate atmosphere, with an outdoor area and barbecue, communal kitchen and dining area.

Our teachers are native English speakers from Cape Town and South Africa, and part of our methodology is to teach English inside and outside the classroom - experiencing English in Real Life, along with meaningful learning activities.

We also offer a booking service for activities and excursions on offer in the city and region, using only registered and accredited tour operators.

"Excellent experience"

In one sentence, it was an excellent experience. The school is very well organized, in terms of class arrangement and the teacher's qualification.

The location, facilities are perfect. They should have more activities in order for students to have more contact with English in real life.

About housing, It should have more diversity of food. The lunch is not that good and a bit expensive for students.

The classes about 6-8 people - not really crowded, teachers very professional and cooperative, location great in the nicest area of Cape Town - See Point, facilities - all what you need, a lot of activities, housing - for a dormitory, very good. I can just recommend! Optimal place to learn English and make fantastic holiday!

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged 120 € when you register.
