I could enjoy classes.
I like teachers' characters.
I could learn not only language, but also cultures.
The communication with the management is always smooth. They take wishes seriously and plan lessons accordingly. I wished to revise old vocabulary, train speaking and study for JLPT N2 at the same time and they made it possible. My teacher Fujikawa-sensei is very organized and funny. She can explain everything very well and understands me even with my bad speaking skills. I enjoy every minute with her and will continue!
If there is anything to criticize then it is the difficulty to pay. The payments are made to be in JPY and international bank transfer is most of the time expensive and not every bank supports it. I need to recruit Japanese friends to make the transfer for me. I would appreciate if paypal was possible, since the currecy exchange is easier. Or maybe introducing payments in other currencies as well. This problem was a little bit in the way to continue the lessons.
Overall I do recommend the lessons for their quality, if there are ways for the student to be able to pay problerly.
Thank you Kondo-san and Fujikawa-sensei :D
I attended class at Tokyo American Club, once a week for a few months.
The instructor was excellent and I enjoyed the interaction with other expats learning a new language.
I worked full time and had to take time off to attend. I would have liked an evening option.
I had an amazing experience learning at this Japanese school. I took a combination of private lessons and group classes which provided the perfect balance of personalized attention and interactive learning. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout my journey. The lessons were well-structured, engaging, and adapted to my learning pace and goals. I ended up learning not only about the language but also about the culture of Japan. Truly fascinating language and culture!! I did not require housing so I can not comment on that service. I highly recommend this school to anyone serious about learning Japanese in a supportive and immersive environment.

I'm running a small business and my situation frequently changed. Kondo-sensei responded quickly to meet my needs and to help me take my Japanese to the next level.
I took his lessons for over a year and found my fundamental understanding of Japanese to improve immensely. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking to build a solid Japanese foundation that cannot be learned from an app or AI technology.
Teacher was attentive, on time, and cordial. She started with the recommended textbook and then skipped to lessons that included phrases and topics I wanted to learn. A one-hour session was enough. Needed time to focus on the new words and phrases before engaging another session.

The classes were well-structured and personalized to fit my level and learning pace. My teacher was knowledgeable, patient and encouraging, which created a really comfortable atmosphere for learning.
The classrooms were bright and clean. The school is located in a nice area and in a walking distance from a train station.
This is our family's second summer with Tsubasa Japanese Language School. Our two sons (ages 6 and 9) worked with Kondo-Sensei several times a week for approximately one month. We really appreciated Kondo-Sensei's extensive knowledge, experience, and patient approach. He created custom lesson plans that allowed for our sons to be tutored at the same time, despite their age and language ability differences. We found our sons' experience to be enriching, as well as fun, and something we looked forward to each time. Thank you, Tsubasa Japanese Language School and Kondo-Sensei!

The teacher was fantastic. He was really fun and encouraging and the teaching methods worked really well. I had fun in the classes and I felt that I was learning a lot from them.
The only downside was that the chairs were a bit uncomfortable.
The teacher is very good and fun. He captivates my attention so I can listen. I have a short attention span so this was perfect. The textbook was good and explained everything really well and in a fun fashion. We also had some casual conversations just to ease up everything. I loved how interactive it was, we didi not just write but also takes to each other and even went out to speak some Japanese with other locals. The location is nice and easy to get to by train but it’s a bit hidden and the chairs were a but uncomfortable but the tables were nice. Over all great experiences

Location :
My husband and I started our Japanese language classes at the Tokyo American Club. We did some additional classes at the Tsubasa School in Roppongi. We found both locations to be comfortable and easy to get to.
Classes:
When we began our classes, I didn’t know any Japanese beyond saying hello, and thank you. Kondo-San presented his lessons in an organized and easy to understand manner. He used different ways of including all of his students and he created a great classroom environment.
Teacher:
I cannot say enough good things about Kondo-san. Japanese was the second language I’ve learned in my life. The first was French in the early 2000s. While I did learn a good amount of French, it was stressful and the instructor had little patience for mistakes. I was understandably apprehensive about learning Japanese, which is more difficult. Kondo-san was an amazing teacher, mistakes were handled gently and patiently as he corrected us. He brought humor to our class, but all the while remaining professional and effective. I had an excellent learning experience. I would absolutely take another language class from him!
Kondo sensei always gave me some hint and let me think by myself. It was very good experiences to find answers by myself, instead of being taught the answers by someone else.

Moco sensei was so enthusiastic and taught us how to play Taiko drum with eagerness.
It was my good memory in Japan.
The teacher was very patient and kindly waited for me to think and create a sentence in Japanese.
I was a complete beginner at the course, but can do basic conversation in Japanese, now.
Thank you very much, Kawahara sensei ! !
I will keep on studying Japanese after coming back to my country.
