I had 7 weeks in the school and had a great time improving my english! The location is superb though only if you use public transport. Otherwise difficult parking in the city centre. I enjoyed my stay very much and had the same teacher for several weeks and he was really helpful and strict at the same time. My scholl mates were changing but it was a real international experience from students all over the World. It was great fun too and I learnt a lot about Australia and the Australian way of life too.

In the beginning I was a little bit afraid because everyone would speak English there to me and I did not know whether my English would be good enough to visit the classes there.
Everyone at Sydney College of English gave me a very warm welcome.
Especially the teachers of the Young Learner's Classes were great. Within only a few hours I wasn't afraid anymore. I enjoyed the lessons at Sydney College of English very much and I learned a lot.
The teachers are very experienced and lessons were always interesting because the teachers use lots of different ways to teach English. I also learned new facts about Australia and Australian culture, which I liked a lot. The rooms are nice and tidy. I learned together with kids from many different nations. On my last day we made an excursion to Sydney Aquarium and Wildlife Zoo, which I enjoyed very much.
Thanks to the teachers of Sydney College of English I now enjoy talking in English. I only can recomnend Sydney College of English and there classes for young learners.

The Sydney College of English is an extraordinary place to improve your English skills and to build up confidence to speak a second language. I've been studying there for more than 6 months and I've noticed a considerable improvement in my English. Furthermore, something that made a big difference for me, was the fact that they offer English course for health professionals (EHP/OET). I am a nurse in my Home Country and I want to validade my Nursing Certificate to work in Australia in my field, and thus the course has helped me a lot. The classes are dynamic; the teachers and the staff are wonderful, kind and always ready to help and support the students. The environment is amazing and I am sure you will have the opportunity to make wonderful and lasting friendships. Thank you SCE!!!
