STUDY ARABI DAHAB

Meine Lehrerin Azmaa Qasim und Meerna waren einfach toll. Azmaa konnte mir sehr viel vermitteln und auch großartig erklären. Durch den tollen Unterricht der beiden habe ich arabisch schreiben und lesen gelernt. Einfach großartig. Meine besten Empfehlungen für die beiden. Eine sehr große Hilfe für mich waren die Deutsch Kenntnisse von Azmaa. Mit Meerna wurde Englisch gesprochen was mein Sprach verstehen auch in dieser Hinsicht verbessert hat.
Ich würde sofort wieder bei den beiden Unterricht buchen.
Die Unterkunft im Dahab Paradise war ok, aber zum lernen nicht das beste. Teilweise sehr laut, da auch viele Gäste mit Hunden und kleinen Kindern angereist sind. Persönlich hat mir auch sehr Missfallen das auf dem Gelände um den Pool viele Hundehaufen lagen. Das Personal dort ist jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sooft ich Fragen hatte zu bestimmten Wörtern und Ausdrücken wurde mir geholfen.
Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen das wir in den 4 Wochen an 3 Freitagen zu Unternehmungen in den Ort gefahren sind. So war es mir möglich zum Beispiel Obst einkaufen zu können oder auch eine Shisha, Getränke, Taxis bestellen zu können und meine Sprachkenntnisse zu testen. Leider war es am letzten Freitag nicht mehr möglich.
Alles eine großartige Erfahrung. Ich werde zu Hause weiterlernen und hoffe bald die nächsten Level absolvieren zu können.

I had a really great experience at Study Arabi in Dahab. The school took good care of me. I had private lessons from teacher Shirien. She has a lot of experience in teaching and is really nice. I had a course of 3 weeks, starting from Monday till friday. My residence was at Dahab Paradise hotel and my classes were also in this hotel. This was very nice and helpful. The classroom is nice and the view is beautiful (you'll see the swimming pool and sea)
I think i made a big progress in speaking and writing arabic. A good exercise was also to write daily a story in Arabic to improve my vocabulary and the lessons Shirien gave me. If i had any questions, Shirien or the staff of the hotel helped me immediately. In the city of Dahab you can enjoy the beautiful weather and de sea. There are enough things to do like diving and snorkeling. Shirien gave me very good tips to improve my Arabic in the future.

I decided to brush up my Arabic (MCA) in a quiet and warm place in Nov/Dec 2021. The five weeks in Dahab couldn’t be better – everything was just amazing: my teacher Sherin, my classmates as well as the classroom with a direct view of the Red Sea!

I learned so much and I will be back for sure! The campus with the swimming pool is simple (AC, TV, Fridge), but clean and the staff is very helpful also when it comes to organize excursions for desert trips or diving. The food quality at the campus restaurant was unexpectedly good, and when I missed my Italian food, I went to the restaurant “Dai Pescatori”.

The teacher Sherin Zein is great!
I took Standard Arabic and also Egyptian lessons when I was there.
Her way of teaching is great, she also had a lot of patience with a student who had problems learning this complicated but beautiful language.
As I also need Arabic for work, she taught me lot of vocabulary which is very helpful.

Just about the Arabic lessons

I was in the Classical Arabic (MCA) course in Dahab in February / March. There were only three of us and the teachers were unbeatable both professionally and personally. I have to say that I have learned more in these six weeks than in the last two years in weekly evening classes at home. I had booked a room including breakfast on the school campus, which is integrated in Dahab Paradise. However, I recommend booking half board straight away; because there is no better restaurant far and wide. Many thanks to the team - I'll be back, Michael :-)
