People's Ukrainian Academy

Kharkiv Institute of Humanities at People's Ukrainian Academy is an accredited higher education institution. The language department was established on February 7, 1994, with the purpose of the pilot implementation of the scientific methods of teaching local and foreign languages. We offer courses in English, French, German, and Ukrainian.

The department employs highly qualified specialists who use innovative technologies and modern methods of teaching a foreign language while working with the students. In particular, team and group work, project-based learning, presentations, discussion, and debate. They also use audio, video and multimedia equipment for the effective assimilation of the material being studied.
