Language & Mindfulness is the ideal way to provide students the mental ability to undertake your language course with the most productive attitude. Morning lessons will be paired with two weekly sessions (each 3 hours long) beginning with conscious movement excercises through joint mobility, Qi Gong, and breathing drills.

This Course can start any day of the week. The course consists in theoretical lessons and projection of slides on the history of medieval and renaissance art, with special emphasis on painting, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance and on the works of art of central Italy, more accessible to our students in the Pisa area.

A course of a mainly practical nature aimed at providing basic concepts and information regarding the main Tuscan and Italian wines and their combination with the main dishes of Italian cuisine. This course must be attended together with a language course.
