This program is specifically geared to travellers over 50 who want to study Italian and, at the same time, learn more about the history, the culture, the traditions and the society of Sicily including cooking, food and wines of Sicily!!! It's the perfect way to enjoy a full cultural experience in a leisure time while socializing with new friends. Language classes take place in the morning, with a whole range of cultural activities and excursions following in the afternoons and evenings.

The course caters for all those students who intend attending a training course for chefs or a course of specialisation in Italian Cuisine, and who need adequate language preparation. The course is also recommended for those students who - whatever their job or occupation may be - want to get to know better this fascinating aspect of Italian culture.

In the morning you will attend the Standard Italian course, from Monday to Friday, from 9:15 to 13:00, with a 25-minute break, for a total of 20 hours per week. In the afternoon, you will learn how to prepare some typical dishes of traditional Italian and Sardinian cuisine, thanks to the cooking class, divided into 2 weekly meetings.

The praticse/culture course is designed for students' accompanies or for persons that know already the language and want just to praticse it. Every day you will be drawn into an activity prepared before in the class.
