Vacation German courses

This course features: 10 lessons per week (2 lessons per day), duration: 10 x 45 minutes, 12 students max. per class, elementary to high-intermediate levels, course length: 1–50 weeks, conversational English/business English/exam preparation, age 16+.

Private Intensity and duration based on your needs This personal one-to-one learning experience allows you to intensively advance on the core German language skills that you wish to develop and improve.

We offer individual lessons in any language. For specialized language (business, exam prep, others) there is a surcharge.

Module courses can be booked separately or in addition to our main course. DSH/TestDaF or telc preparation (from C1 level)

For students who wish to prepare themselves for specific language exam levels, this course will be your choice. Delve into life in Germany, learn how to cope with everyday tasks like shopping, using community services, the usual life and interaction with locals, writing official and inofficial letters, banking and enjoying the spcific culture of the region, whether food, concerts or theater.

German Course in the evening For those, who do not have time to attend the intensive or standard German courses in the morning or afternoon, we offer also evening courses with 4 lessons per week, 2 lessons per evening. The German Courses in the evening contains as a standard and intensive course the training of such skills as speaking, writing, reading and listening comprehension.

You stay in an experienced private teacher's family home, have one-to-one private German lessons, and then continue to use the language during the rest of your stay in Berlin. Because you are the only student, you are guaranteed individual attention.

In One-to-one Courses (min. 10 TU per week, general or specialized language), your learning goals, determined prior to course begin by way of a needs analysis, are the focus.

German courses which fit your schedule Maybe your work schedule only leaves the evenings free for classes? Or you’d like to come in the morning when the children are at school? FOKUS offers both possibilities in our Open Group Programme. These small and lively groups with 2-8 members meet 2 times a week and will get you speaking the German you need in your daily life.
