Standard French courses in Montpellier

The Standard French course consists of 20 lessons per week of group instruction. Teachers focus on an interactive teaching method with the goals of expanding the students' vocabulary and knowledge of French culture and civilization; broadening his or her familiarity with grammar and its structures, as well as written expression of the French language; improving oral expression through group discussions, reading comprehension through the analysis and discussion of authentic documents and listening comprehension.

The Combined French course consists of 20 lessons of Standard French instruction and 4 lessons of individual one on one instruction per week. Combine pleasure and results thanks to accredited courses, workshops and a true group dynamic. We offer a week long package of 15 lessons, standard classes can be supplemented by specialty workshops (cooking, conversation, site visits, etc …) over 5 days.

Standard course + cultural/linguistic workshops - 8 students max. per class - 15 lessons of 45 min.

The class will be built around the acquisition of the 4 competences (Oral comprehension, Oral expression, Written comprehension and writing skills). The training allows you to gain the competences explained in the CEFR’s global scale.

A combination of the standard course with 20 group lessons and 4 private lessons. This course combines the dynamic of a group class, with well-targeted private lessons.

This package aims for mature people who want to learn French and to practice different aspect of French culture with other like minded individuals. Afternoons are dedicated to cultural activities and visits which introduce the highlights of the region as well as the regional gastronomy.

Our intensive courses allow you to communicate in French on everyday subjects as well as on current affairs and social issues. You study the essential grammar, conjugation and vocabulary to enable you to develop the five skills necessary to progress in a language: Listening comprehension Oral production Oral interaction Reading comprehension Written production The intensive courses are real improvement courses of oral practice in French.

STANDARD French Course - To improve your level at your own pace. Our STANDARD French course in Montpellier is our semi-intensive course and includes 24 lessons/week in total.

A general French course supplemented by 4 private lessons to meet your specific needs and questions. This combined French programme includes 20 lessons of Standard French in a group adapted to your level + 4 private lessons per week, set up according to your needs and interests.

Objectives: This intensive course of 26 lessons a week will help you make steady and rapid progress. Improve your understanding and ability to express yourself and communicate in French in daily life situations Consolidate your language skills and understanding of French culture working in small groups.

Private courses are fully customised French language lessons. After a needs assessment is set, you let us know your specific language goals so that the teacher can build a course matching your will.

The course content is the same as for the Standard Course; throughout your whole learning you will receive regular tutoring from our educational advisor. If you book an Intensive course, you will be able to change to a DELF / DALF preparation course if you wish to.
