Winter English courses in Canada

The Specialized Intensive program is designed for students who want to learn at a faster pace. The program offers 30 lessons per week.

You will join multi-national language classes following a syllabus closely mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering key language domains, skills and competencies appropriate to your level of ability. Course has 15hs per week.

The Semi-Intensive program offers four foundational courses that will help students to develop a strong understanding of the English language. The courses included are Grammar & Idioms, Listening & Speaking, Reading & Vocabulary and Writing & Presentation.

The main aim of our General English courses is to teach students to speak English fluently and to understand English as it is spoken by native speakers. We provide a balanced programme of skills development (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Grammar).

Build your general English proficiency for everyday use with a focus on communication skills in an engaging and supportive learning environment through our Intensive English course. Each morning, you will participate in interactive classes and engage in lively discussions, collaborative activities, and various language exercises that develop your English language foundation.

The General English course consists of 20 lessons each week and is the least intensive option offered at Kaplan. This course allows students to improve their English while still leaving time for sightseeing and leisure during their stay.

The Intensive 35 course is the fastest way for students to improve their English skills, regardless of their starting level. The course consists of 20 lessons of general English, 7 lessons of structured study, and 8 lessons of elective English each week.
