Colloquial Arabic refers to the spoken language in Tunisia. It was originally a combination of Arabic and the native and regional languages existing in Tunisia before the Arab conquest, such as Berber.
The Egyptian dialect, known as the Egyptian colloquial Arabic (ECA), is the most widely understood dialect in other Arab countries due to the predominance of the Egyptian influence in the media which made it the most widely spoken and one of the most widely studied varieties of Arabic.
The intensive ECA course consists of five hours classes per day.
The intensive MSA course consists of five hours classes per day combining the basic MSA course with two
additional hours of linguistic activities in the afternoon.
These activities are tailored towards developing conversational skills.
Are you coming to Jordan for only a short time but still wish to become acquainted with the basics of the Arabic language, the Jordanian dialect, and local culture? Then this is the course for you. Over the course of one week of intensive language study, Levant will teach you how to get around and communicate effectively in Arabic about basic topics in Jordan.
One-on-one classes at the school are available all year round upon request and can be combined with normal courses.

In addition to the the MSA course (3 hours/day), there are 2 more hours of lessons daily of linguistic activities, games that test linguistic skills and conversation.
This program combines Modern Standard Arabic course, three lessons daily, from Sunday to Thursday and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic course, two hours of lessons, from Sunday to Thursday. The course is NOT available for absolute beginners.
