Course description

Our Intensive Course guarantees a dramatic boost to your confidence in a foreign language, with focused teaching in all 4 skill areas: speaking, listening, reading and writing with 20 lessons per week.

The package course includes in the price accommodation, meals, supervision, language course, placement test, language certificate and of course an unforgettable experience.

The aiport transfer is not included in the price and can be booked for an extra cost of 140 £. (Flight in/ out from LHR between 09:00-19:00)

The learning journey continues as soon as classes finish! With our comprehensive leisure programme students have the opportunity to really discover their chosen destination. A two-week language course generally includes a big variety of activities plus at least 1 full-day excursion and 2 half-day excursions (see table below for more details). Of course, students are also given some free time to socialise in the afternoons and evenings!

Some of the activities included in the Leisure Program include sport activities, barbecue, sightseeing,
beach activities, museums, boat trips, cinema, karaoke, tapas tour and many more available.

Single or double rooms in carefully-selected host families. Half board is included.

Services: The room is cleaned weekly by the host family. Bed-linen is provided, students are asked to bring their own towels.

Distance to school: 20 - 35 minutes by public transport Family allocations are made a couple of weeks before arrival. Early bookings can therefore not be guaranteed a family closer to the school than others.
Distance to supermarket: Within walking distance.
Distance to the city center: 30 minutes by public transport.

Arrival: on Sunday between 10.00am and 10.00pm

visa

Visa support

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

If you are studying in the UK for over 11 months, you will receive a reference number called a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) that you need to submit to the UK embassy along with your General Student Visa application. Students who have successfully booked a language course and have paid their fees will receive a CAS from Sprachcaffe. Please note that UK law states that a CAS can only be issued to students who intend to pursue English language studies for over 11 months.

If you are studying in the UK for 11 months or less, you have to apply for a special visitor visa called a Student Visitor Visa. As a student visitor, you will not be able to work part-time while studying. If you plan to study in the UK for 11 months or less, a letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
