Course description

Our Standard Course guarantees a dramatic boost to your confidence in a foreign language, with focused teaching in all 4 skill areas: speaking, listening, reading and writing with 20 lessons per week.

The learning journey continues as soon as classes finish! With our comprehensive leisure programme students have the opportunity to really discover their chosen destination. A two-week language course generally includes a big variety of activities plus at least 1 full-day excursion and 2 half-day excursions (see table below for more details). Of course, students are also given some free time to socialise in the afternoons and evenings!

Some of the activities included in the Munich Leisure Program include sightseeing tours, quiz nights, talent shows, barbecue, karaoke, bowling, football and many more.

We offer our students to live with a host family, which gives them the opportunity to fully immerge into the German language and culture and experience the German way of life in one of the most beautiful cities of Germany. Our host families live in either apartments or houses in Munich or the periphery, though the language school can be easily reached by public transport in maximum 45 minutes. The host families usually offer single bedrooms, rarely twin rooms. All rooms are fully furnished, including clean linen and towels and often also free wifi. Breakfast is always included, some host families even offer half-board otherwise the school will be giving out coupons for lunch if desired. Please note: None of our families allow the students to smoke in their rooms or in the house altogether.

Visa support

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.

Flights and airport transfer

Please note that we do not book flights for our students. If you are researching airfare costs, we recommend using Kayak.com, a search engine that lets you compare flight options from your home country to Munich based on your budget, schedule and preferences.

Travel insurance
