LTL Mandarin School Taipei
An immersive Mandarin experience combining language learning, cultural activities and daily life with a local Taiwanese family. From Monday to Friday, students study Mandarin at LTL Taipei in the morning, with each lesson lasting 55 minutes. In the afternoons, they join fun and engaging activities around the city, such as calligraphy, Taiwanese cooking, cultural workshops, museum visits and exploring Taipei’s local sights and neighborhoods.
Every Saturday features a full-day activity or excursion, giving students even more opportunities to discover Taipei, spend time with other Junior Camp participants and experience Taiwanese culture beyond the classroom.
Students stay with carefully selected local homestay families, where they can experience everyday life in Taiwan and practice Mandarin naturally every day. From Monday to Saturday, breakfast and dinner are provided by the homestay family, while lunch is provided at school. Sharing meals, conversations and daily routines with their host family gives students valuable opportunities to use Mandarin outside the classroom and experience Taipei from a truly local perspective.
