Cons:
Two days were lost - first, organisational one and last, with shortened lessons and a pub visit. I paid for school, not forced conviviality. In other schools the selection and organisation took maximum two hours.
Groups were overcrowded, 15 people per class. There were too few teachers for the number of students. Too much of interaction was with other students, whose mistakes were not corrected.
One-on-one lessons: no didactic proposals from the teacher, he had no plan for the lesson and no initiative.
It'd be better to introduce EU standards for language schools.
Pros:
I liked the trip to Oxford and tour of Bath. The teacher of the group classes was very good.
It was a small class, with students from different countries and different ages, Young and older. The teachers were involved and professional.
The school is in the centre of Bath. It is a small school , the teachers know every student by name.
In the afternoon I took part in excursions organized by Kaplan. I like most off them, but we visit many museums.
I have been there for 2 weeks and I had a great time. Bath is really nice. There are many things to do in Bath and the surrounding is beautiful to bike of hike .
The lessons were really easy to understand no matter the topic you were studying, all the teachers were so kind and welcoming to every single student and they always tried their best to create a friendly atmosphere among the students so we could socialize quicker.
