Overview
Global Leadership in Action is a transformative course for students aged 13–17, combining foundational business knowledge with global leadership development. This course draws from international leadership frameworks and entrepreneurial education, focusing on innovation, ethical decision-making, and cross-cultural collaboration.
About the course
Emphasis is placed on developing strategic thinking, confident leadership, and effective teamwork through project-based learning, business simulations, and intercultural dialogue. Inquiry-based learning is encouraged through meaningful exploration of global challenges, leadership styles, and entrepreneurial solutions.
In each two-week sprint, students tackle five real-world challenges aligned with the sprint’s core theme such as sustainability, climate action, innovation, entrepreneurship, or societal impact. The fifth challenge is the Hackathon, where teams pitch bold solutions to global issues presented by industry leaders. Students approach this Hackathon with the knowledge, skills, and perspective gained throughout the sprint.
