Orlando, is located in the beautiful state of Florida in the United States. Orlando enjoys year round warm weather and is most famous for being the access point to many theme parks including Universal Studios, Sea World, and nearby Disney World. Although the city is famous for its parks, Downtown Orlando is much like any other metropolitan area in the US and does not feature any of the elaborate theme parks within its borders. Orlando is fueled mainly by tourism in the summers and early spring, but is enjoyable year round, especially in the late spring and early fall when the temperatures are more comfortable and not as humid. Students interested in taking English courses in Orlando will appreciate this city no matter when they come to visit.
