Cadiz is located in the Andalucia region of Spain and is the capital of the Cadiz Province. It is one of the oldest cities in Western Europe and is most famous for its large Carnaval, which features lots of people, costumes, dancing, and loud music and generally takes place the weekend before Ash Wednesday.
