The minimum duration for a language course is usually two weeks, but students benefit the most starting from the 3rd and 4th weeks of their language course, after they get used to the new environment. By this time, the early distractions are over and the student has "settled in". The average student takes about 12 weeks of language studies abroad.
Intensive Study: For adults who want to learn a language as quickly as possible for academic or professional reasons.
Test Preparation: For students who want to prepare for language proficiency tests.
Business: For business executives who want to study a language to be able to do business.
Junior: For children ages 8 to 12 and teenagers ages 13 to 18 who want to study a language in the summer.
Meboc Institute offers flexible short and medium term courses to students of all backgrounds, who are wishing to learn spanish in an interactive manner while enjoying a full immersion in to Colombian and Latino cultures.
For group classes, each study week is made up for 20 hours of teaching. Typically, these classes run from Monday to Thursday, allowing our students to benefit from a longer three day weekend (Friday to Sunday) to explore Colombia.
We also offer private lessons for those students wanting a more intensive learning experience with one of our teachers. These can be scheduled any day of the working week (Monday to Friday).
The school is located in the Chico neighbourhood, one of Bogota's safer and fashionable neighbourhoods. This is a big advantage to our students, as you have a number of options to find good accommodation near the school. There are also a number of bars, cinemas, shopping malls and other entertainment options after the school which are within easy reach from Meboc.
Our school is quite new, so the building and equipment are all recently refurbished.
Combined with the fact that our teaching staff are fun and passionate, we hope to provide you with a fun and activity-packed learing experience in one of Latin America's great cosmopolitan cities!

Meboc Institute does not hold classes on the holiday dates below. The school does not compensate for these holidays, so make sure to choose your start date accordingly.
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. The school is also not authorized to issue documents to support your visa application. If you need a visa, you have to apply for a visitor or tourist visa on your own.
