In the Standard 20 Course, students can combine studying language with other exciting activities in the area. The course consists of 20 lessons each week, usually in the morning, where students focus on communication skills in typical situations. Students can then use the afternoon to explore their surroundings or join school activities with other students.
The Intensive 30 Course is for students who want to maximize their language learning practice during their stay. The courses focus heavily on speaking and communication skills: the morning consists of 4 lessons in communication skills, while the afternoon consists of 2 lessons in special topics. These lessons provide the opportunity to learn the local culture and customs.
The Test Preparation course combines 20 lessons per week of grammar and language skills and 10 lessons per week of study skills and specific exam preparation. Standardized tests require both general English abilities as well as specific test knowledge; this course offers small classes and advice on exam strategies from experienced teachers to ensure that each student will be fully prepared for his or her examination.
The Business English Course consists of 4 morning lessons in general English, which focus on communication skills and grammar, and 2 afternoon lessons in business specific English. A special 12 module course was developed to rapidly increase business English skills. Written exercises, presentations, role-play and dialogue are all used to create realistic business situations. Students will learn business vocabulary, buzz-words, email and memo writing, interviewing, negotiating and telephone skills in English.
