Sandhurst House is a newly built block of apartments and is situated in a quiet street just around the corner from IH Belfast. It is an ideal location for our students, as they are only a few seconds away from IH Belfast and at the same time they are near the University District, which is full of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. The city centre and all main bus stations and train stations are within walking distance. The building is completely new and finished to a very high standard and consists of 1 and 2 bedroom, fully furnished apartments (including fridge, washing machine, TV, oven and dishwasher).The two bedroom apartments consist of 2 private bedrooms. In this case, common areas - the toilet, kitchen and living room are shared with 1 other student. Each student will have their own shower. If you choose a shared apartment, you will share with another student for part or for the entire duration of your stay. We will always try to match your stay with somebody who speaks a different language from you. If you come with a friend you may request to stay in the same apartment or you can request separate apartments. Towels and sheets are provided by IH Belfast. You will receive 2 sets of sheets and 4 towels at the start of your stay which you can launder yourself and keep until the end of your stay. The building also has wi-fi and each apartment has ADSL internet access.
