Classic General Course
The General Course is to improve French language skills in an international environment, with free time to enjoy and discover the region and culture.
This course will include a lot of communication, with an emphasis on the practice of the language on a daily basis. Course is based on the curriculum set by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages Common European Framework of Reference for Language. Teaches will use of a variety of support materials : books, manuals, magazines, newspapers, DVD, internet. You will be introduced and taught the French culture. Classes based on customs, traditions, geography, history, gastronomy, fashion, painting, literature, local events, sports. There will be teachers rotation for general course classes at break time, teaching material is provided and included in the price of the course.
General Course classes are held in the mornings, although Escapade reserves the right to offer some classes in the afternoons depending on numbers of students and time of year.
Students who register on any Classic course have included in the price the following activities : 1 welcome party, 1 half day excursion per week, 1 evening activity per week.

Delf Dalf Exam Preparation Course
Specific courses for students who wish to prepare their French with the goal to taking exam during their stay or either they have returned home.
Specific curriculums apply.
Exam preparation course is not necessarily followed by the exam ; students who wish to register for the exam must check with us the specific dates for each exam and exam centre in order to book the prep course at the right dates.
Students who wish to take the DELF/DALF Exam preparation course should take a test upon registration to determine the suitability of the level and duration of the course.
The Delf/Dalf preparation course is held during the afternoon course ; morning lessons are the general course. <br><br>
Exams will be held on following dates:<br>

The A Level is a diploma prepared in the British countries. This course will prepare you for the A Level examination in French, which goes towards the Irish Leaving Certificate requirement that Universities and employers often require. A level - Irish Leaving Certificate Course concerns 1 week General Course + 10 lessons per week with specific focus Specific curriculum based on the needs of the A Level French exam. It includes : grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking and mock exams.
