Private tuition can be taken either in addition to General Course or alone.
Classes can be held at the school or at the student's accomodation for convenience; weekly timetable to be determined with teacher upon arrival depending on level, specific needs, leght of stay, number of lessons and teacher/student schedule.

Classic General course
The General Course is to improve French language skills in an international environment, with free time to enjoy and discover the region and culture. This course will include a lot of communication, with an emphasis on the practice of the language on a daily basis. Course is based on the curriculum set by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages Common European Framework of Reference for Language. Teaches will use of a variety of support materials : books, manuals, magazines, newspapers, DVD, internet. You will be introduced and taught the French culture. Classes based on customs, traditions, geography, history, gastronomy, fashion, painting, literature, local events, sports. There will be teachers rotation for general course classes at break time, teaching material is provided and included in the price of the course. General Course classes are held in the mornings, although Escapade reserves the right to offer some classes in the afternoons depending on numbers of students and time of year. Students who register on any Classic course have included in the price the following activities : 1 welcome party, 1 half day excursion per week, 1 evening activity per week.

The Internship programme is an opportunity to live a professional experience which will be available on the curriculum and for the future of the students.
The Internship placement will be in a French company, in the areas of Paris and its surroundings, the French Riviera or the Basque Country.

Internship duration : Minimum 6 weeks and maximum 6 months

Includes: grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking, mock exams. The 10 lessons for exam preparation are held in the afternoons and split over 3 afternoons per week.
