EC English Language Schools: New York (Junior)Junior Summer Course (Jun 30 - Aug 11) (Ages 10-16) Nyack College Campus Accommodation Included, Twin Room, Full Board•English course, General English – 20 lessons (45 mins each) per week for a total of 15 hours. The course will develop students’ English language skills by integrating the key areas of reading, writing, speaking and listening. Lessons are focused upon communication; our teachers will encourage students, instilling confidence in their use of English in practical situations. Regular tests
and conversation classes help to ensure students improve their English throughout their stay at Nyack College.<br>

Meals:<br>
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be in the campus dining hall which is adjoining the dormitories. Here the students will have breakfast, hot lunch buffet and buffet dinner. On some occassions the students may also eat off campus, following an activity or event.<br>
• Breakfast - American style breakfast menu: toast, sandwiches, waffles, cereal and fruit.<br>
• Lunch - Mixed menu style lunch: sandwiches, pizza, salads, vegetarian, chicken + drink and fruit.<br>
• Dinner - Hot menu style: generally includes a salad, meat or fish, pasta or rice.<br>

What to expect from the residence:<br>

• Vending machines are located in all the residence halls<br>
• EC employs a member of staff to supervise the residence throughout the night. This staff member is responsible for ensuring that all students return to their rooms prior to their curfew and that discipline is maintained.<br>
• Bed linen and towels are provided.<br>
• Coin operated laundry facilities are available on-site. Estimated cost: $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry. (This price is subject to change.)<br><br>
