The city of Alghero is located on Sardinia, the second largest island in the Mediterranean, an autonomous region of Italy. With cobblestone streets and a medieval town center as evidence of the area’s history, students taking Italian courses in Alghero might be surprised to learn how much this year round resort has to offer.
