CAREL 's mission is to implement language courses in French, English, German and Spanish, both on-site and distance learning, for adults, students, and pupils, French and Foreign, professionals and individuals. CAREL is a multicultural Centre: - 4 language departments - 3 900 students, among which 1300 professionals and 800 foreigners. - 23 000 training hours. - 3 million euros turnover yearly.
