For those looking for some outdoor fun, be sure to explore the Bill Chipman Palouse Trail. This eight mile paved trail is a popular place for locals to jog, bike, rollerblade or simply walk. It travels next to and over Paradise Creek and has historic plaques along the way detailing info about the area. It travels all the way into Moscow, Idaho. There are also a number of popular parks and lakes in the area where visitors can boat, fish and enjoy other water sports. Students taking English courses in Pullman can catch a play at the Pullman Civic Theater. The nightlife in Pullman is fairly college oriented with the presence of both WSU and the nearby University of Idaho.
