IELTS test preparation courses in Ireland

The GE Fluency Plus course combines the Fluency course with 6 extra lessons 2 afternoons a week. These afternoon classes are small group with a maximum of 6 students per class.

Students follow the Standard General English course in the mornings and take the IELTS preparation course three afternoons per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you are starting your course at a low level you will be carefully encouraged and monitored in preparation for joining an IELTS Preparation Course.

A formal IELTS qualification for those candidates who intend to go on a study a university course through English. IELTS is the most widely accepted university entry requirement in Ireland, the UK and throughout the world.

International employers and universities often require TOEFL or IELTS scores for admission. The TOEFL and IELTS Test-Preparation courses help students build the skills, techniques and knowledge needed to succeed in these exams.

IELTS is the most well recognised exam for those who want to study through English at university or college (or pursue a career path using English). This course combines General English in the morning (at B2 level or higher) with 5 hours per week of IELTS preparation.

IELTS and Cambridge exams are the most common exams taken by our students, and carefully structured courses are tailored to ensure detailed preparation for these exams.

The Standard Course in the mornings focuses on practical communication skills with the emphasis on speaking and listening. Reading and writing activities provide you with opportunities to interact with other students.

This course is for students who need to quickly improve their IELTS writing, reading, speaking and listening and bring up their level of English at the same time. We recommend this course for students who need to get 6.

The IELTS Evening course runs from Tuesday to Thursday from 7pm to 9pm or from 6.30 to 8.
