Course description

This program is held at our main school at 6 Salisbury Villas, Cambridge. The academic content is just as carefully structured as our intensive English courses for older students. The teaching concentrates on speaking and listening and, in this way, builds on the English you may have already studied in your home country. You will be tested on your fi rst day and placed at the appropriate level, from Beginner to Advanced. Your classes will be dynamic, interactive, appropriate for your age and eff ective. You will be in a class of no more than 16 students and will be taught by a team of two teachers. You will be required to attend lessons on five days each week, to study hard and to contribute to your classes. We know that you will enjoy yourself, but we also expect you to learn and to improve your English. In addition to the 15 hours per week of classes, there are four morning or afternoon activities each week, three evening activities each week and one full-day excursion each week. Please note that tuition includes accommodation, registration, insurance and transfers. The homestay is a bedroom, shared by two Studio students of the same sex who do not speak the same language and includes a shared bathroom, all meals, laundry once per week, a change of bed linens and towels once per week.
