Student residences are more suitable for an independent student, who is looking for clean, basic accommodation at an economic price. All students must be 18+. Close to Nice’s harbour, our halls of residence give you the perfect opportunity to combine your studies with leisure. The residence is a 20 minute walk from International House and very close to the large supermarket, Carrefour. Each apartment provides: kitchenette with fridge and stove, crockery, bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet, desk with chair and bookshelf, single bed, bed linen, WiFi (included in the package). Apartments are clean and modern but do not have air conditioning.
The residence offers the following services: full time warden on site, launderette (3.5 euro), car park (65 euro per month, payable monthly, subject to availability), bike parking, payphone (coins only), vending machine (1 euro per can). A deposit of 150 euro is required for long term stays in this residence when you arrive.
This accommodation can be booked at a minimum of 2 weeks during the summer. For the rest of the year, there is a 3 month minimum.
