The Intensive English Program is FLS's most popular program and includes 30 lessons (25 hours) of instruction per week. Teachers work with students for the entire 30 lessons. Independent study period and lab hours are not counted included in the hours of instruction advertised. The program places an exceptional emphasis on speaking. Students practice speaking skills frequently in class, receiving regular guidance and correction from their instructor.
