English for Business

Course description

The Business English Course consists of 4 morning lessons in general English, which focus on communication skills and grammar, and 2 afternoon lessons in business specific English. A special 12 module course was developed to rapidly increase business English skills. Written exercises, presentations, role-play and dialogue are all used to create realistic business situations. Students will learn business vocabulary, buzz-words, email and memo writing, interviewing, negotiating and telephone skills in English.

Course topics

Course topics include: leadership skill development, international trade, communication in presentations, decision making, delegation and motivation, marketing, advertising, E-commerce, technology and innovation, banking and stock markets, business law, communication in meetings, recruiting and interviewing, ethics and environmental issues, communication in selling and negotiating, and management styles.
