The Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of companies and industries. Participants at this level display initiative and decision-making skills in planning, organising, executing and evaluating their own work and the work of their team.

As an ACDC International Student, you will learn how to use communication skills to support individuals and teams, meet organisational goals and company requirements.
