You will take a placement test on your first day to determine your class level. You may also take this test before your arrival in Dublin.

Course description

The Combined English group course offered at International House Dublin consists of 20 weekly group lessons and 5 individual one-on-one lessons. The General English ones cover all aspects of the language: grammar, usage, reading, writing, listening and speaking. Great importance is placed on oral communication and materials are both relevant and stimulating. The one-on-one lessons are meant to compliment the group lessons and are tailored to each student's individual needs. Students are tested regularly to make sure they are in the correct class for their level. Course materials are not included in the course price.

International House: Dublin does not hold classes on the holiday dates above. The school does not compensate for these holidays, so make sure to choose your start date accordingly.
