Very happy be in japan and school. I. Thınk ı will going to school
Show details » Read more...As I did not book many classes, due to the limited time available, my experience might be somewhat different from the average student attending this school. I am a international student living in Japan, so I cannot comment on housing or other activities.
The classes are very educational. The teacher is very patient and is able to explain without the use of English. She achieves this bh using simple words and gestures. This is very helpful for me, as my Japanese proficiency is not very well and keeping everything in Japanese also improves my listening comprehension.
As mentioned previously, I did not book a lot of classes, as I had to travel back to my home country during the summer vacation. However, I was able to apply the grammar structures and vocabulary learned during the classes in practise, during my time in Japan. I will continue using this knowledge, when I return to Japan after the summer break.
This school is not that popular or so I think. My 'one month intensive course' turned out to be a private lesson. There were 3 teachers who took turns per day. They were very expressive and made sure I understood what they were teaching.
I just have to talk about the material. I have attended N5 and N4 classes (in different schools) back in India, but the material that CJLS used (3 month short term intensive course - everyday Japanese living) was splendid! It contained exactly what was needed for everyday use. There were many instances where I would learn something in the morning, and I would be hearing it in the evening or I had to use it the next day. It contained around 90 lessons, and I covered 45 lessons in a month. I am also planning to do self-study with that book. It was really good! I'd recommend the school to my friends.
